Loo LH
Our Audit and Assurance Partner and Tax Agent, Mr Loo LH. He is a Chartered Accountant with the Malaysian Institute of Accountants and a practicing member of Malaysian Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Mr. Loo obtained his Master of Business Administration from University of Bath, United Kingdom in 1992. He started his career in Coopers & Lybrand from 1980 to 1990, and subsequently worked in Crown Princess Kuala Lumpur (a hotel division of Asia Pacific Land Berhad) as Financial Controller. He set up his own auditing firm L.H.Loo & Co. in July 1993 as a sole-practitioner and he is also a Director of LH Loo Taxation Services Sdn Bhd. He sits on the board of two public listed companies in Malaysia specializing in aluminium smelting, extrusion and fabrication of access equipment and building façades. His alliance with the aluminium industry started back in 1990.
OON MH
Our Audit and Assurance Partner, Mr Oon Min Hoon. Mr. Oon has more 18 years of working experience including 13 years in the audit profession and 5 years in the commercial industry. Mr. Oon has practice audit with Ernst & Young, KPMG and Mazars. During his practice in the audit profession, he was exposed to various clients including manufacturing, plantation, development, service providers, general insurance, highway concessionaire, etc. Besides audit work, Mr. Oon was also involved in IPO exercise and other assurance services. Mr. Oon was further exposed to audit practice with KPMG Ho Chi Minh where he managed multinational clients including Vietnamese, Taiwanese, Korean, Singapore, American, Indonesian, etc. While in commercial industry, Mr. Oon was exposed significantly in the property development industry with a major master developer in Johor Bahru. Current Mr. Oon is audit partner for several audit firms.
